What are the size and format limits for uploading a room photo?

Your room file must be captured as a continuous horizontal panoramic photo under 25MB in size. We support .jpg, .jpeg, and .HEIC (the standard Apple iPhone format). Just keep in mind that regular square or vertical smartphone photos will fail to process—it must be a panorama.
