Do the people I share my recording with need the Praktice app to view it?

No, they do not. Because the "Share" feature generates a standard web link, anyone you share the link with can simply click it to watch or listen to your rehearsal in any standard web browser. They do not need a Praktice account or the app installed to review your delivery.
